In most cases, Cyberphobia (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. In some cases, it appears the brain has produced the fear with no instigation. To locate the foundation, and substitute encouraging connections in place of the negative ones, is the solution. Persons that find themselves at greatest risk:
Does the thought of Computers make you nauseous?
Does it automatically initiate sticky hands and a mouth that is made of cotton?
Does your heart feel like it’s going to pound right out of your chest?
Do your legs go weak?
Those were only a handful of examples of the feelings you might suffer.
